Tournament Sign-Up & Entry Information

Tournament set for July 11th 2026
Signing up and registering online for the Jart Tournament allows us to estimate participation and properly prepare the brackets, equipment, and event setup. Registering Online does not guarantee a tournament spot, showing up on time and on site registration does guarantee your futile attempt at winning.

Sign-Up & Check-In Times

Tournament sign-up and check-in will begin at 9:00 AM sharp and close at 10:30 AM July 11th 2026.
All teams must be signed up, checked in, and paid by 10:30 AM to be eligible for the tournament bracket.

The tournament begins at 11:00 AM sharp, and all teams must be present at that time.

Tournament Size

The main tournament is limited to 64 teams. Your spot in the tournament is only secured once:
1. You have signed up
2. You have checked in
3. You have paid the entry fee
4. You are present before the tournament start time

Spots are first come, first served.

If More Than 64 Teams Sign Up

If more than 64 teams check in and pay, we will hold a single-elimination play-in mini tournament before the main bracket begins. The winners of the play-in games will advance into the main 64-team tournament bracket.

Teams that do not advance out of the play-in tournament will receive their entry fee back.
